Joy + Jeffrey had one of those crazy, love at first sight sensations when they first met. And even after heading down a rocky path for a while, which led them through a brief break-up, they both knew that they were always meant to be together. Fast forward several years, and these two lovebirds have a sweet, little daughter named Hazel and write music and play in a band together for a living! To celebrate all of the good things they’ve accomplished together, they decided to head out to Joshua Tree with Stephanie Williams of This Modern Romance for a fun, little love session! Love how their images turned out – and a great reminder to take time to capture your love after the wedding day too! :)

Joy + Jeffrey’s cool, yet relaxed, style is a perfect compliment to the beautiful + barren desert landscape. And her mustard yellow skirt is so, so pretty!
