Dawn is Scottish and Conner is Irish, but they met while on a post high school trip to Spain. After a few years of keeping in touch via Facebook + email, fate intervened and their paths crossed again, this time in the states. After this encounter, their relationship quickly grew into a full-fledged romance and Connor eventually moved to Glasgow to be closer to Dawn. Connor proposed during an unforgettable vacation to New York City with with a simple ring from one of Dawn's favorite local jewelry designers. The morning after their engagement, he arranged a surprise appointment with a jeweler at the Bowery, so the two of them could design Dawn's dream engagement ring together. So, so sweet!

For their engagement photos, they headed out to the rugged countryside of Glencoe, Scotland with their photographers, Joanna + Dylan of Kitchener Photography. They spent the afternoon discovering beautiful backdrops + exploring the mind-blowing landscape surrounding them, with their little dog Alfie in tow...
