Giving a second life is the best side of all DIY projects. By using our ingenuity and creativity, we make our surroundings more handy, practical and decorative.

It's a wonderful feeling, when you know that you make the most of useful stuff you have. The next project I want to describe is really inexpensive, and you can easily make it yourself.

I've been a bookworm since I was a child. I love all of them, and I must admit, that books at my house occupy more place on shelves and in the wardrobe than all my family's clothes ;) I found this interesting and easy project on awesome website - Pink Stitches. You can find many useful DIY ideas and detailed tutorials there. This one is absolutely perfect for me and for all book lovers.
