Do you live in London? Are you getting married? Are you free this Thursday 6th March? If so, then you need to get yourself to Fever London's Wedding Fair.

Fever's wedding stylist, Alice, will be on hand for fashion advice and the event will also be attended by Cakefully Yours, who will be showcasing their new collection of beautiful wedding cakes, and wedding hair and hat Designer, Alexyi Reneece. Jazz duo, Jazz In Paris Project will also be performing throughout the day.

The event is running from 12pm - 8pm at the Fever London Store (52-53 Eastcastle Street, W1W 8ED). I'll pass you over to the Fever Team to tell you a little more about their SS14 collection.

Fever London: Our creative director, Matt, travels the world looking for vintage inspiration. Our SS14 collection was inspired by genuine 1950s dresses and designed to tell a story of nostalgia and romance, our 'Atrani Dress' was inspired by a 1950s prom dress found in San Francisco and the 'Mabel Dress' was inspired by a 1940s blouse from Milan!

Our favourite piece from the collection, for Brides, would have to be the Dorothea gown (below in mint), you will definitely make a 'grand entrance' in this dress! We also think the shape of this dress is very flattering and will work well with most body shapes as it features satin halter neck ties, waistband detailing and delicate pleating along the front panel. This is the dress of choice for many of our brides to be this season!

Our favourite dress for Bridesmaids has to be the Ivy Dress, this beautiful one shoulder dress comes in an array of different colours this season including nude, duck egg blue, merlot and navy. Feminine and flattering, the Ivy Dress features a sweetheart shaped bodice in silk chiffon and a corsage that features raw edged silk and chiffon flowers. This dress will really suit all types of weddings and occasions!

To accessorise the dress we would choose minimal accessories as we think the dress speaks for itself! For Winter weddings we would add a cream mink bolero, with strappy gold sandals and a matching gold box clutch bag. For Summer, we would just add a simple drop pearl necklace and a simple pearl bracelet with cream or gold strappy sandals.
