This Month's Favorites: Picture-Perfect Hair and Delicious Sliders

1. This bride's hair is just too fantastic. It's the perfect example of hair that looks styled and sophisticated, while still being bouncy (and when you have a photographer in your face for the better part of six hours, bouncy counts). Notice how she pulled her hair up to the top to create a little volume and give a good place to secure the veil.

2. The last year has been full of Bridemaids-inspired tough girl line-ups. And as much as I love a surly, too-cool-for-school bridal party, I've got to say I prefer the ones hamming it up for the cameras. This group mocks the serious pose with serious aplomb. At least one of your photos ought to capture everyone's ability to not take anything in this day too seriously.

3. There are two places at your wedding that will have guests' undivided attention: your wedding program and the dinner menu. Take advantage of the waiting to pass along how much you love them and appreciate their presence both in your lives, and at this event. Often, this is included in the program, but if you don't have room, include it at the header of the menu instead.

4. These floral robes were a delightful twist on the usual matching velour jumpsuits for the bridal party. Totally chic, these bridesmaids were treated to silk floral robes in different patterns. What a wonderful bridesmaid gift!

5. That favorite place to go after work? The one will the delish sliders that make all the stress from the week just melt away? Why wouldn't you serve them at your wedding? Your food tab might be one of the larger expenses at your wedding, so make sure that you (and your guests) enjoy it. This couple hired their fave food truck to pay their venue a visit. Brilliant.

6. I know I've said this before, but I am crazazy about the baby's breath trend that has emerged, especially as aisle decor. Full buckets look uniform, but soft. And these tiny white flowers are also super budget-friendly. Win-win.

7. A wedding in a treehouse. I'm sold. Sign me up. Love it to Reece's Pieces. Often couples enjoy showcasing their city at their event. A wedding is a fun excuse to become acquainted with a new locale. But if your favorite part about home is the great outdoors, then you should totally move your wedding there. Even if it's in a tree. Especially if it's in a tree.
