Fairytale Jewel-Toned Wedding Inspiration

Fairytale Jewel-Toned Wedding Inspiration

via

The team behind today's beautiful wedding inspiration - , and Two Foxes Photography, Alibi Interiors, E Events Co.Gavita Flora - wanted to breathe new life into a wedding trend that had its heyday awhile ago: the fairytale wedding. They conceptualized a scene rich with gold, jewel tones, and complimentary natural elements like greenery, fruit, and warm hued wood to show couples that they can, in fact, use elegant touches, an opaque palette + imaginative details in a fresh, new way. Here's more about the setting from the team:

Giving a fresh, modern take on this age(ing) old trend was our inspiration for putting together this shoot. We wanted to show brides who desire to have the fairytale wedding (and also those who don't) that it can be done in a contemporary and relatable way, while still maintaining the beauty, enchantment, and sense of natural wonder that we love so much about fairy tales. This is our ode to the modern princess!

Such a lovely anemone-filled bouquet!

This sparkly gold headpiece from LITTER was the team's take on an updated version of the flower crown.

Fall brides! What do you think about this rich, jewel-toned color story? Plum, mulberry, indigo, emerald, and gold would be perfect for a wedding taking place in the chillier months.

Thank you so much to the talented folks below for sharing this fun + inspiring editorial with us today! We're thinking a take on the fairytale trend just might see a revival in the months to come!
