A cloudy and slightly windy day in the dry desert of our lovely Arizona can be a rare occasion, but the weather that welcomed Jenna & Daniel's big day set the perfect tone for their elegant celebration. Jenna is naturally a beautiful girl, but when I arrived on the property and saw her gorgeous gown, veil, and lovely detailing, my photographer heart really came alive.
Such a special component to the day was having Jenna and Daniel's little son, Asher, join us for portions of their romance portraits. Like any little boy, he seemed more concerned with playing with sticks and dirt than relishing in the excitement and meaning of their First Look-too precious! Jenna & Daniel have a sweet, tender love for one another, and capturing this gorgeous day with a dream team of vendors was just an honor. 
I like to say I'm a pretty organized, collected, go with the flow kind of person which made planning our wedding run pretty smooth. I had an idea of what I wanted in my head which I described as simple elegance. I would rather have a ton of small elements than just a couple wow factor elements. The wintery color palette fit so perfect with the whole tone of the day. Shades of purple, gray, and a pop of vintage aqua blue made our day unforgettable. 
I wouldn't do a single thing different besides find a way to slow down the time that seemed to fly on that day. We now have the most amazing memories we can look back on and reminisce thanks to the "dream team of weddings" consisting of our planner, photographer, caterer, and DJ.
