Traylene and Alex's wedding in Fallbrook, CA was rustic with a touch of whimsy- starting with the "blushing" bride's pink wedding dress. Details galore with a beautiful settee lounge, polaroid photo booth (fully equipped with paper cutouts to commemorate their cat, Gus), paper tassels everywhere, tons of beautiful blooms, an old farm truck, enough gold glitter to make anyone smile, and a sweet, happy couple- oh, and did I mention the bride's dress was pink? I thought so.

Wearing a Pink Wedding Dress

Now we know that wearing white to a wedding is a huge faux pa, and many brides would hope you'd loose your wedding invite before you showed up in white to their wedding; But there are more and more brides these days that are not wearing the traditional white dress down the aisle. A bold print with a white base is a great way to rock that coveted color as a guest.

Accessorize like a Champ!
So you have the worlds cutest white dress and you know its perfect for the summer wedding you have coming up. What to do? Accessorize girl friend! Decorate that gorgeous dress with some fantastic bangles, a fabulous handbag, and some killer shoes. Make the look more about the add ons then the dress itself.

Pants it up!
A sexy pair of white pants can be just as fabulous as a skirt, and their is no way anyone will confuse you with the bride.

Accent it with white!
Not wanting to push the limits so hard? Try accenting your look with some great white shoes, a bag, or jacket! But with all of these we suggest you feel out the situation. Each bride is different and it is her day. So play nice and we know you'll look stunning in what ever you wear!
