Brittany and Anthony met while volunteering in an orphanage in Ghana, West Africa. "Anthony is from England and I am from Canada," Brittany states. They parted ways after the trip, but kept in touch until Anthony moved to Canada and the couple reunited.

Brittany Logsdon and Anthony Wadlow, September 13, 2013, Toronto, Ontario.

After four years of being together, Anthony proposed on a November evening while the pair was our for a walk in downtown Toronto. "Although we had talked about getting engaged, I was totally taken by surprise! It was magical and perfect," Brittany exclaims.

Brittany and Anthony's wedding day was filled with whimsical elements including playful buntings and bird motifs. Bridesmaids sported mismatched floral gowns and bright colours appeared throughout the couple's downtown venue.

"My favourite wedding detail was our bluegrass band that played during the ceremony and cocktail hour. It was a unique touch that really made our night special."
