Some of you might be wondering why we produce homemade cosmetics, when you can find the whole gamut of them on the market. The answer is simple. We like natural products and we love creative solutions.

Today's topic is soap. We've already shared the manufacture tips for Herbal Soap. Now, we'd like to encourage you to have a look at Coffee Bean Soap. Ruth of 'Living Well, Spending Less' is behind this idea. It was her dream to make homemade soap but at first she was put off by the threat of working with dangerous substances, but finally she learnt there was a safe method. In her recipe, she used goat's milk soap base, some fragrance oil and ground coffee beans that are ideal for the skin as they work an exfoliant.

The smell and the structure sound heavenly, so we're gonna try this out. Are you? Let us know what you think.
