Alana and Beau chose a black tie dress code for their classic Mount Aitken wedding. The couple choosing the Macedon Ranges all in one venue as a weekend escape for guests - allowing them to turn up and relax (as well as celebrate!) on their wedding day. elk & willow photography captured their moments in all their glory, Alana telling, "Beau and I met 10 years ago at friend's 18th birthday."

Alana and Beau chose one venue - Roombas at Mt Aitken for their wedding celebrations. "We had our ceremony in the garden of Roombas @ Mt Aitken and reception in Roombas beautiful bluestone brick building. The venue has so much character we didn't really need to decorate. The staff were fantastic and made our day run smoothly."

Alana walked down the aisle to "At Last" by Etta James.

Terri Beirne performed the marriage ceremony.

Alana remarks, "It was such a fun filled day, we didn't want it to end. It was a very windy day Beau and I couldn't hear everyone clearly, we got too eager and kissed before the celebrant asked us to, so we got to kiss twice, (and) gave everyone a laugh."

Alana describes the day as, "A wind swept day filled with laughter and dancing."

Of their photographer, Alana notes, "Our photographer Jess took stunning photos that captured moments of our day perfectly. A mixture of posed photos and us just being us - exactly what we wanted. A pleasure to work with and gave us beautiful memories to keep."

The reception was lit by candlelight and decorated with fresh roses by Bacchus Marsh Floristry & Nursery.

Alana remembers, "Our first dance was probably the most awkward part of the day, feeling everyone's eyes watching us but it was only for a minute before our guests joined us dancing to Ed Sheeran's -Thinking Out Loud."

Frank'n'Beans got everyone (- all ages included!) dancing all night long.
