We can promise you one thing right here, right now. We will never tire of a good desert celebration. From Palm Springs to Joshua Tree to Phoenix, Arizona (the dreamy locale for today's styled shoot), we're not picky. We love it all. And when you combine thoughtful details, desert-y blooms, and a picture-perfect dress with beautiful images by Rachel Solomon Photography, you are sure to achieve a scene worth sharing. Let's hear a few words about design process for this editorial from the brains + braun behind the pretty - Sage & Stem Event Design:

From the early stages of this design, the natural elements and history of the Arizona desert were what spoke to me and became our strongest inspirations. The feeling we aimed for was simply accentuating what already existed in the desert. We achieved the look by bringing in a century's old native table and chair set, handmade terra cotta plates, organically dyed indigo fabrics, touches of turquoise, foraged wildflowers, and indigenous cacti. Complete with a fabulously bohemian gown from Rue de Seine, nestled against the mountain terrain and southwestern sunset, and the entire session shot on film, we were able to truly see our dream come to fruition.

This Rue de Seine number is such a pretty option for the bride who wants a long sleeved wedding dress!

For a true Southwestern feel, it's essential to pile on the textures + textiles!

^^ That little guy - by Sissys Sweet Cakes - wins the cutest cake award! ^^

A big thanks to the whole team below for sharing their talents with us!

Have the loveliest weekend, friends!
