How long should I plan to stay at the event?

You can stay as little or as much as you want. After you have met with all the vendors, then go have coffee or a glass or wine and sort through your bag of information. We do not require you be in attendance for door prizes. You'll want time to meet with all of the bridal businesses, sample wedding cakes and wedding caterer offerings, see the different galleries of fashion, photography, creative design, previews, and much more! Plan on getting to the show early, wear comfortable shoes and enjoy your day!

How many and what types of businesses will I see at an event?

You will see a variety of wedding businesses exhibit at The Premier Bridal Show. The more than 30 different types of wedding products and services exhibiting at The Premier Bridal Show have everything from the necessities you†ll need for your wedding day, to planning your honeymoon and even settling into your new married life.

What should I bring to the event?

You should bring pre-printed address labels with your name, address, phone number, email and wedding date. Most of the vendors will ask you for your contact information, especially if you are entering in drawings at the different booths. Filling out your name and phone number over and over and over again can get pretty tiring. Register with everyone so that you will be eligible to win the prizes that are being given away. This also helps the vendor in following up with you after the show.

Another option is business cards. By using computer printed business cards you can include other information such as the groom's name and address, not typically found on an address. Printing the cards on your home computer saves on the cost, too.

Checkbook

Some wedding vendors offer special show discounts if you book them the day of the show. Remember, certain vendors can only do one wedding per day so their date book fills quickly, especially in the peak wedding months and if they are much sought after wedding professional. For that must-have vendor, reserve your date at the show or shortly thereafter!
