And on that note, prepare to swoon your little heart out as we delve into the jaw-dropping photography of Enchanted Brides this morning. Let me put it this way: if you haven't already found your wedding photographer, you might just wanna keep scrolling. This gal's GOOD.

Well, this feels a little bit like an online dating question...

Hi my name is Jo, I live with my 3-year-old crazy son and 2, just as crazy, cats in the very beautiful Cornish countryside. Being blessed by all the amazing beaches on my doorstep, this is where we spend most of our time, running free.

I grew up in South Africa, later moving to Ireland and then to the UK before finally settling in Cornwall for the past 6 years. I have a background in all sorts of photography, as well as a first class degree in marine and natural history photography & filmmaking.

I love learning.

I love the sound of laughter and the sound of rain.

I love the fresh misty mornings of spring, the warm salty sea breeze in the summer with sticky hair, sandy toes and ice cold beer, the beautiful colours of autumn, pumpkin faces, pumpkin pie and the chill in the air with chunky knitwear. At Christmas I love the twinkle lights, ice-skating and the smell of wood fires.

I also have a huge love of sharks, avocados, true crime, red wine and weird camera lenses.

On the flip side, I'm dyslexic and dislike writing!

The Burning Man Festival is somewhere I have wanted to go for a very very very long time. To photograph a couple in the desert, the vastness, all the crazy art... It's my idea of Paradise!

Hopefully in the next few years I can make this dream come true!

I hate working for other people, love working for myself and hence Enchanted Brides was born. I don't try be something I am not, or pretend to be anything special. I just want to create awesome and meaningful images for awesome couples on a pretty awesome and meaningful day in their lives!

I just like to do what feels natural and honest. I try to find beauty in the simple things and bring out the best in everyone by finding the correct angle and lighting to compliment.

Quality, dedication, commitment and LOVE!

I never understand photographers that do over 50 weddings a year, I would be grey and old before my time! I like to find a good balance between work and personal life so I only take on a max of 3-4 weddings a month and, in turn, can have a better relationship with each couple.

I think couples need to feel a connection with/to their photographer; to be on a similar wavelength.

Spend time looking through their portfolio and their website and get an idea what they are about and if they will fit into your wedding and theme. Most importantly book your photographer because you value their photography and trust them, not because they are the cheapest or offer quantity (everything including the kitchen sink) rather than quality.

Meet over a drink or coffee to discuss, but don't make it a formal interview and ask them to bring 480 portfolio albums with them when everything these days is online.

Most importantly: be yourself! There will be a photographer out there for every budget, every style and every couple!

I'm not very good at listening to the radio or reading the newspaper, and I don't watch TV, so I often miss what is going on in the world around me, but I take inspiration from memories, thoughts, nature and a need to keep creating and bettering my photography.

Life is like a camera. Focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives and if things don't work out take another shot.

Freedom is found when we let go of who we're supposed to be and embrace who we really are!
