Oh my! We've been so excited to share this shoot with you guys, ever since we clapped eyes on it.

Because it's off-the-charts levels of gorgeous. Because it features the work of some of our very favourite UK vendors. And because it's filled with inspired ideas that are both eccentric and accessible.

With stunning images by Jessica Withey Photography, breathtaking art direction and styling by Mr & Mrs Unique and The Bijou Bride, an atmospheric film by Studio 1208 and the incredible setting of Aynhoe Park as its backdrop, the team behind this shoot are a veritable who's who of wedding talent, so it was always going to be pretty epic.

Featuring an abundance of florals like we've never seen before, this shoot is equal parts fantastical and fabulous.

Beautifully ornate wedding cakes, divine gowns from some renowned boutiques, and creative stationery, that falls beautifully into the fairy tale theme, this shoot might be whimsical and extravagant, but there's also a lot of details to inspire every kind of celebration.

Beautiful hair and make-up ideas (that any bride could borrow for her big day), pretty balloons styled in new ways, and infinite floral combinations that would work for almost any palette.

Scroll down to swoon over this other-worldly wedding inspiration, and read more about the Sleeping Beauty inspiration behind it - oh and don't forget to hit play on the film at the bottom.

About the Shoot

This magical Sleeping Beauty photo shoot was put together by Erica Willoughby-Smith; Creative Director at Mr & Mrs Unique, a directory for unique, bespoke and creative wedding suppliers. With help from Alex from The Bijou Bride, a leading UK wedding stylist & planner we were able to create a high fashion, modern bridal take on the classic Sleeping Beauty tale within the majestically unique surroundings of Aynhoe Park. It was a shoot of two halves, the first - dreamy and care free whilst the second was much darker as we interpreted the spell of sleep taking hold. In terms of styling the first look was in every essence soft, pretty and feminine playing with pale pink and peach tones. Make up was minimal and teamed with delicate plaits for a very youthful look. The lower part of the magnificent staircase at Aynhoe Park reflected the soft tones and was filled with flowers and foliage in colours of peaches, dusky pinks and teal. Grey wispy olive trees and varying sized teal bottles edge the stairs, which were overflowing with blossom branches, stunning pale blue delphinium plus soft pink and peach blooms. The base of the stairs was decorated in hydrangeas, teal coloured asparagus ferns filled fishbowl vases, miniature air filled balloon balls, and peach/ apple fruits. The sultry second look is edgy and modern. Messier, un-done hairstyles were matched with bold berry lips, a beauty look that would be favored by party loving contemporary brides. Incredible illusion gowns by Inbal Dror with next season's plunging necklines, thigh splits and figure-accentuating cuts couldn't have been more perfect to sit amongst the wild foliage and rich blooms. At the top of the beautiful Aynhoe staircase, the stairs were covered in mossy floor, dark hydrangeas and poison ivy to complete to sultry, darker mood and styling. Romantically luxurious lace appliqué gowns mirrored the amazing floral installation.
