Nothing gets my motor running like dreaming of weddings in killer venues. And I'm hard-pressed to find a unique wedding venue in Seattle that's more immersive, more blinged-out with technology, and more visually impressive than Fred Wildlife Refuge in the Capitol Hill area of Seattle.

We're talking a chic-as-hell setting full of contemporary art, 5,700 square feet of space, two-stories, 20′ ceilings with secure aerial performance points, two full bars, a complete sound system, a removable main stage, VIP lounge space, and then it gets even more amazing. Their famous 20×60 foot immersive video wall and state-of-the-art projection system which allows the showcasing of photo montages, videos, movies, your save-the-date... whatever you want to show.

My favorite idea for this hugh-jass video wall is a live stream of your ceremony for all your guests while you say your vows in a more private way elsewhere in the venue. All eyes on you without actually having them in the room? Talk about a kick-ass concept for more shy couples. But really, the video wall is your oyster. If your wedding are hugely spectacular or intimately sweet, Fred Wildlife Refuge can absolutely accommodate your needs.

Another great way to see the artistic side of Fred is to visit them during Capitol Hill Art Walk on the second Thursday of every month from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
