Why should models have all the fun? Each month we're finding a "real woman"-i.e., of any shape and size-and giving her the model treatment in The Realest. We bring the wardrobe, stylist, photographer, makeup artist and blog editor-she brings her anything-but-one-size-fits-all personality and style-and we all head out on location for an IRL photo shoot to showcase our monthly Dress Spotlight.

Meet Cheyenne: easygoing and sincere with a sharp sense of humor and an enthusiasm for trying new things-like spending the day letting us get her into a whole rack of clothes. Fierce when it comes to friends and family (and fun), Cheyenne is a yoga instructor, single mom-the coolest mom-and exactly the type of woman you want at your girls' night.

If you've ever taken a yoga class, you know that you tend to leave feeling pretty calm, a little more centered and like you've even had fun doing something that was good for you. That's pretty much how it felt after spending the day with Cheyenne. Her bright energy was the perfect foil for our any-occasion-ready spring dresses.

MAXI DRESSES

On work and play: I've been working as a full-time caregiver to an awesome 95-year-old woman for six years. I also teach Yoga Sculpt and Advanced Yoga at CorePower Yoga. Come check me out!

Mostly, I would describe my time off the clock as a quiet night in watching a movie and cooking. But I've started to make a bucket list of ways to experience the city, even though I'm a Seattle native. I also like traveling around town with my son looking for new places to eat, finding time in my crazy schedule for family and friends, yoga and riding my bike (Purple Beast).

I also probably spend too much time figuring out ways to make something not so healthy sound healthy to myself. Like, dark chocolate-covered almonds: almonds have good protein and dark chocolate has antioxidants. There! Sounds healthy ... right?!

On her style: I'd describe my style as edgy, fun and comfortable. I'm always in yoga clothes, so I like to dress them up and add my own flava. My Star Wars leggings are my favorite.

The things I love most in my closet right now:
1. A jean jacket. I finally found one that looks good with my shape. Score!

2. Bold accessories: big earrings, cocktail rings, bib necklaces.

3. All of my yoga clothes.

LACE DRESSES

Maggy London pleated midi dress | Halogen belt | Topshop denim moto jacket | Stuart Weitzman sandals | Fendi baguette | Sole Society necklace

On the best things about yoga: My favorite pose is Warrior II. It makes me feel fierce and balanced. I think the best part about being an instructor is making people smile, sweat and release some stress. I love creating a playlist and bringing a fun, comfortable environment into my class. Growing and learning with and from my students is a big part of my practice. Nothing's more gratifying than having someone thank you for doing something you love.

Maggy London floral stretch dress | Vince Camuto peep-toe sandals | Jimmy Choo clutch | cuff bracelets

Eliza J lace fit & flare dress | bomber jackets | Rebecca Minkoff crossbody | suede lace-up sandals

Things that inspire her: Movement, comfort, my son, food, chocolate, climbing to the top of a mountain, The Atrium at Volunteer Park, Yoga Behind Bars.

Favorite look of the day: The floral-print dress with the black sweater layered over the top. The dress had pockets, and it was really comfortable. I felt amazing! Add on that black sweater (which I could totally wear with other things too) and Manolo Blahniks ... need I say more? Who wouldn't fall in love with this outfit?

The plain blue dress was definitely my style for going out or wearing to a picnic in the park. It's perfect timing, since I'm thinking about investing in some summer dresses.

Also, I loved all the shoes. Especially the gold lace-up Vince Camuto sandals.
