When Sandrine from Elegance in France and her fiancé, the talented Emmanuel Pinte photographie, decided to spend a romantic weekend in Venice to celebrate their first anniversary, they were inspired to create a shoot showcasing the beautiful architecture and the city's unique and fabled twisting footpaths, winding canals, and enchanting bridges. A dramatic black dress with a flowing black silk cape set the tone, echoing the mystery and darkness of the traditional carnival masks. Joy from Studio French Blue designed bespoke stationery featuring a hand-drawn bridge motif and elegant swaths of calligraphy. A tabletop set atop deep black linens featured sophisticated florals by Olivier Gental with anemones and ranunculus, set amongst glimmering pillar candles and baroque china.
