Happy Tuesday Folks, we hope you're enjoying every second of this long awaited Spring season! So many of us have been planning our 2017 trips so what better way to start the day than with this travel inspired the pink city Toulouse styled shoot.

We are just in love with the gorgeous travel inspired invitation suite designed by Poppy Press and the chic Gin and Whiskey bar styled by Pop Love Wedding.

We love how Toulouse is named 'The Pink City', it sounds perfect right? To discover more of this delightful French city look no further than our FWS wanderlust series, exploring Toulouse... "From the Christmas market to the summer beach, Toulouse is an amazing place to visit all year round. With culture, delicious food and fantastic shopping still unspoiled by tourists, it's the delightful French life. Surrounded by amazing countryside and the Pyrenees in view to the south, the pink city (named after her beautiful architecture) is bustling with life."

We'll now hand you over to Pop Love Wedding who will be walking us through this Toulouse styled shoot...

"Toulouse, the beautiful Rose city of South-West France, renowned for its atmosphere where it is good to live, as well as for its architectural and artistic imprint, is also the cradle of the history of the aviation. I wanted to represent the city of Toulouse through a styled shoot on the theme of aviation but in a much more romantic and sweet approach than is usually thought of in the aviation industry. The idea was to propose a concept for fans of aero, for lovers of travel, for those who love our culture, for the curious or just for those who are attracted by this universe."

"For the realisation of this project, I applied for the site Aéroscopia, Aeronautics Museum of Toulouse Blagnac, in order to obtain a privatisation of the site on the 2 Concorde, the Airbus A300b and the Morane-Saulnier type G. To offer a complete concept, a second part of the shooting was organised at the Domaine de Saint Michel in Giroussens to create a decor for a secular ceremony, a table of honor, a photo booth."

"The scenographic style of this shooting combined a vintage and minimalist decor. The vintage for the historical footprint of aviation history from the early 20th century, and the minimalism for modernity that aviation today represents. The colours were a blend of blue and brown and the materials used were wood and metal. We chose a decor with lots of foliage and plants to offer a very airy and minimalist dimension of the wedding. The lights were also featured with garland lights, candles and spotlights to warm the atmosphere and give elegance, from romanticism to concept."

"We also played the transparency card for dishes and decoration, such as chairs for example, to offer lightness and modernity to the decor. The concept of the table of honor is also very original, the table, suspended in the air, rests on a carpet of cloud, crowned by another light above it. The propeller centered on the table gives the impression that the table of the bride and groom flies in the air."

"The wedding dress, sensual, aerial, design, and very avant-garde is completely in the contemporary era. We also note the magnificent cross in the back that recalls the shape of the Concorde (triangle).

The groom, on the other hand, offered the other juxtaposition of the shooting, that of the vintage. Butterfly ties entirely handmade by Elegant life with the choice of costume and accessories, the groom represented the history of aviation with his gentle bride so contemporary."

"Moreover, we find vintage on most scenes, either by discreet touch such as favour boxes placed on a very minimalist table, or more clearly as can be seen on the scene of the drinks bar."

"In the end, this photo shoot represents a completely original and easily realisable wedding project for future bride and grooms, essential points in the construction of my project in order to offer a dream decor accessible to all engaged couples." The Pink City Toulouse Styled Shoot Snapshot
