This beautiful deep purple Amethyst has a beautiful emerald cut and measures 7 mm x 5 mm. The sparkling purple stone is set in a sterling silver mounting that features curving scroll work and delicate accent beads. The heavy prongs both protect the stone and provide support as the stone floats above the mounting. This ring tapers to a 1.5 mm (.06 inches) band that has been gently rounded for ease of wear. The sterling silver jewelry shown in my store has been antiqued and then re-polished in order to better show the detail, but can also be created with a bright, mirror finish if you prefer. I am happy to create this ring for you in any size you need, including half and quarter sizes.
