CALI FASCINATOR This fascinator was handcrafted with a beautiful mix of goose and peacock feathers. The colors range from ivory, champagne to light gold. The focal piece is sparkly crystals with a silver or Gold setting surrounded by french tulle leaves as shown in 3rd & 4th images. It has an alligator clip on the back for easily securing it into your hair.
