Upcycled Green and Black Prom, Cocktail Party Dress, Modern Size 8, Small

This OOAK, upcycled little green and black prom / cocktail party dress was an upcycling rescue mission. The skirt was in great shape, so I salvaged some of the bodice to make the "dog collar" and added the black velvet bodice. The black design on the green taffeta is velvet flocking.
