Tidewater and Tulle

With a story familiar to many of us in our local military community, James and Grace were first married several years ago in a small ceremony with their closest loved ones. Because James was serving our country, they did not have time to plan their dream wedding. So years passed, & James and Grace went through multiple deployments. When they eventually came back to Virginia, this Mr. and Mrs. knew they would finally be here for awhile and could finally throw the wedding they never had!
