One of the best things I've done this year is starting horse riding lessons. At first I wanted to learn to get over a few fears, and because I thought it looked like a fun thing to do when you're travelling. I didn't realise how complex it could be and how physical it is. It's a really fun way to exercise. There's also a beautiful bond you have to develop with your horse. They are amazing creatures and I can't wait to do some more trail rides.
