"We live in Alabama, so seeing 5 inches of snow is something we’ve never experienced. In fact, the last time we had a snow day was in 1993. So even though Blake had planned to propose the following weekend, when he woke up on December 8th and saw the snow, he knew it was too perfect to pass up. We went to a gorgeous spot in a nearby park and it felt like a real winter wonderland. Before I knew it, Blake was on one knee asked me to be his wife.
