Yesterday, on a replica of Ernest Hemingway’s beloved boat Pilar, Michelle and Danny laughed as we sailed into the golden light. It was a beautiful evening and later we would learn, also a tragic one. I am so fortunate and grateful to document the brightest moments in people’s lives and it’s an honor I don’t take for granted.
