We spend so much of our time thinking about what we don't have... The 'perfect' body, the bulging bank account, the flawless relationship, the dream forever home... But what if instead we focused that same time and energy being grateful for what we DO have!? Imagine a difference it would make for our mental health! Next time you catch yourself thinking "Ugh why don't I have this, that or the other?" take a moment to stop yourself and list a few things you DO HAVE and you are grateful for.
