We were honored to work with @karlawelchstylist and @hairbyaviva to bring @americaferrera‘s vision for tonight’s Oscars to life. America is Honduran, and wanted to create a headpiece that would allow her to carry her warrior ancestors with her. We crafted a custom brass halo inspired by Honduras’s most famous warrior, who is memorialized on the country’s currency. And can’t get over how @hairbyaviva magically wove it in her hair
