I called you fat. I called you ugly. I called you worthless and just... wrong. Too pale, too wide, too dimply, too much wobble. I looked in the mirror and cried. I wished so badly that everything about you was different and for that, I am so very sorry. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Dear body, you are a wonder! You are my very own personal universe and you've carried me from the beginning. Never giving up even when I starved you, cut you or forced you to purge. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I took for granted how much you do on a daily basis. You give me the ability to laugh, love, cry, dance and experience the world in all it’s complexity and beauty. I can see, hear, taste, touch, feel, think and love...
