A Weekend at Center Parcs. Sunday Ramble. - Whimsical Wonderland...

Birthday selfie. 29! Scrummy mocktails at the kids disco.

For my birthday weekend we went back to Center Parcs in Woburn. We went there when I was heavily pregnant last summer and I was excited to go back as a family of four. We decided return as it's so close to us and super geared up for babies. We wanted to relax and make plenty of memories with A and W.

I have to say it's the best holiday I've ever ever had. Suffering from agoraphobia and anxiety in the past, this was the first time I didn't want to go home.

Being a coeliac makes it tricky to eat out. But Center Parcs had some new gluten free menus and we ate out so much. It was amazing.

Birdwatching in our lodge garden. A and G won a dance off at the disco and A ran up to tell the DJ it was my birthday. Cue red faced me but it was super sweet, I did get a bit emotional.

We at at Hucks 3 times, oops. I sampled a burger and fries, a chocolate torte and the most amazing fajitas. Mmm. It was some of the best food I have had in ages.

We were blessed with such glorious weather. We won the treasure trail, went swimming (the rapids did scare me mind due hehe), took part in the quiz and played a spot of badminton.

Gluten free pancakes.

We did spot some hen party and birthday groups. I think it would be great to go with friends.

We can't wait to return already. Have you had any lovely breaks recently? I just can't wait for our summer holiday now xo Lou
