if my clients are down for it, we incorporate salt cellars into every tablescape we can (if you know me, you know I love salt in all forms - from the ocean to the table). we've used acorn caps, antique cellars, oyster + mussel shells (cleaned obv), birch slabs, and last week we used these beautiful pieces of slate stone as our "vessels" for w+w's wedding. definitely a favorite for this textured tablescape!
