1. The first thing you need to know is that you will need help. But that is what bridesmaids are for.
2. Start by addressing all of the envelopes first if you are doing it by hand. This prevents the inserts from being marked. Your address should also be on the inner and response envelopes. Do not forget to include postage on the RSVP card .
3. Only one person should be addressing the envelopes and inserts so that they look uniformed.
4. Most often the invitations are sent to you flat, the first thing you need to do is to fold the invitation. A tissue should go inside the folded invitation. The reception card can be inside the invitation or the next thing the reader will see.
5. The response envelope should have the RSVP card neatly tucked just under the flap of the envelope. The writing should be facing outward so it is easily read. Place this on top of the invitation on top of the response card and envelope.
6. Place the map or other instructional material on top of this and stuff all of it into the inner envelope with the writing facing the back of the envelope. You want the invitee to see their names right away.
7. After double checking the envelope for insert accuracy seal the envelopes and prepare to mail them.
