Are you a glamor girl that loves purple? If the answer is ... "heck yes!" Then you are going to freak over Christine and Ben's pretty in purple wedding.

Every accent and detail was perfectly in place thanks to the talented Trina Schmidt. And ... we cannot forget the out of this world flowers from Pristine Design. They are truly a work of art. Orchids, lilacs, and roses are everywhere. More loveliness from this pretty in purple wedding awaits in the full gallery here, captured by Oana Foto.

use the web to help you plan

The day after the proposal, I knew there was going to be a lot of work for planning the wedding in the time frame that we had and the fact that I have little to no wedding experience or knowledge at all. So, like most brides, I turned to Pinterest to get some ideas and inspiration for my wedding. Right away, I saw a picture of a bride with her bridesmaids and they were wearing this dark, rich purple color and fell in love with it. I also bought some magazines, looked through highlight videos of other weddings, and a few blogs here and there.

create a moodboard

I collected my ideas and was thankful to have found my wedding planner, Trina Schmidt, to put my ideas in an inspiration board for me. This was pretty much a collage of my ideas and the color scheme that I loved. It was during the meetings with vendors, like my florist, that I was really able to pinpoint exactly how I wanted my wedding to look and I was able to envision it more and more.

Trust your vendors and enjoy the surprise

Finalizing the details made it easier for me to plan my wedding because each detail flowed from the next. After I picked my colors, then I found my wedding dress. Once I found my dress, I loved the romantic feel that it had so I carried that throughout the planning. My wedding ceremony and reception was a bit of a surprise to me because I wasn't able to see it all put together. But, everything from my wedding day was perfect, if not better than what I excepted.

Christine and Phillip pretty much have the fanciest sweetheart table we have ever seen. The draping arrangement is so extravagant and beautiful that they win the award of fanciest sweet heart table of the year.
