Seriously guys, I don't think I could love this wedding any more than I already do! Its minimal, sophisticated, and has pops of my favorite color green all mixed in to the perfect Brooklyn venue!

From the bride:

From the beginning, we knew we wanted to celebrate with our families and closest friends in an intimate, laid-back environment. We were lucky to have friends and family members volunteer to help us with various aspects of the wedding-my sister Molly designed the save the dates and invitations, and my friend Ryan did the flowers and performed the ceremony-so it felt very much like a group effort between us and our favorite people. We tried to keep things simple, opting for minimal decorations (except for the gorgeous flowers!) and a short ceremony that captured and demonstrated our love for each other, and instead focused on throwing a great party for our friends. We were honored that so many friends and family members traveled from far and wide to be there, and we felt like we owed them a great time! We worked with Purslane, our caterers, to develop a menu of flavors that we loved and that we knew would be appreciated by our guests, and we gave our DJ a list of our favorite bands and told him to go wild. Both went above and beyond, as did our other vendors, and the night was perfect. It was important to us not to get swept up in wedding madness and lose sight of the reason for the day, and I think, with our small, simple wedding, the focus remained on the love that we have for each other and for our friends and families.
