Along with Edinburgh and the famed Loch Ness, Isle of Skye is one of Scotland's top tourist destinations, and it's no surprise why! People have been inhabiting the grassy knolls and scenic hillsides of this region for thousands of years and it's come to be known as the land of fairy folklore. Almost everywhere you turn, fog rolls in and coats the ground - creating a mystical ambiance; rocks are meticulously placed in intricate designs... The place exudes an ethereal quality. It's pure magic.

Seeking to start off their marriage with that touch of magic and avoid all the stresses of a large wedding back in the United States, Brittney + Eric chose to elope in Scotland. When they stumbled upon the Isle of Skye - they knew that's where they wanted to get married, free from distractions, surrounded by nothing but ferns, moody skies and a few curious sheep. They share It was easy to find inspiration in the beautiful landscapes of Skye. We kept it simple, so all we had was each other and the incredible scenery.
