Afternoon readers! In the next instalment of The Style Guide’s Autumn Issue we’re looking at the all-important wedding bouquet.  Whether you want to save or splurge on your wedding flowers, today I’ll show you how to create gorgeous, stylish Autumnal bouquets whatever your budget!

This is a fantastic time of year, and far from being bereft of flower choice, the Autumn bride has much to choose from – interesting foliages and unusual flowers, with texture, form and shape giving a new meaning to wedding displays and bouquets.

For a purely indulgent Autumnal bouquet, I created a loose hand tied arrangement with three feature flowers nestling amongst a seasonal mix of copper sprayed foliage.  Pale blush pink anenomes, dark leaved weigelia foliage and sandy coloured Sahara Roses could be introduced to add an elegant blush touch.

For a more budget-concious bride, a slightly rustic, loose hand-tied bouquet comprising a variety of different materials along with the more traditional everyday rose is a beautiful choice.  You could also use cinnamon coloured banksia, multi-coloured preserved eucalyptus and rusty orange freesia for more punchy colour.
