Lace Bridal Headpieces

Lace Bridal Headpieces

Confession: there's a very good chance that most of the bridal accessories come directly from the lovely pages of Twigs & Honey's shop. Not all of them. But many of them. What can I say? I heart Twigs & Honey. Anyway, I also heart lace bridal headpieces in almost any form - and lucky for me, this wedding hair trend is on the rise. Lace itself is perpetually on our bridal fashion radar, and the fabric makes for stunning gowns, veils and bridal headbands alike. It also lends a delicate, vintage feel to a bride's wedding day style. Ultra-feminine and impossibly sweet, these lace headpieces are one of the prettiest ways to complete your look for that momentous journey down the aisle. So let's take a look and gather up some inspiration, shall we?

The lace-topped headband on the left is soft and beautifully whimsical - ideal for a non-traditional or accessory-loving bride. And the floral lace hair comb on the right? Complements that updo perfectly.

This lace headband is ethereal and slightly boho, and I'm having a hard time tearing myself away from it. So pretty!

I love the slightly more asymmetrical look of some of the bridal headbands above. It's also nice to see that these accessories don't overwhelm a simpler hairstyle - and that they can also hold their own against detail-heavy gowns.

The bride on the left looks like she just walked out of a Gatsby-like reception. What a beautiful, vintage-inspired look.

One final swoon, all together now. So, what's the verdict? Have you fallen for this look? Are you planning to wear a headpiece or headband on your wedding day?
