We think sometimes the best wedding inspiration can come from noteworthy artwork + talented artists who push the boundaries when it comes to creativity. We're happy to know that we're not the only ones with that mindset, and the design team at Type A Society recently partnered up with photographer, Katie Stoops, and Nazar from Naz Films, to create an editorial that would do just that: push their own creative limits, experiment with color + texture, and act as a fresh dose of wedding inspiration for art-inclined couples who want something outside of the norm.

The entire shoot is pretty stunning, but our fave element is the way they mixed the florals (designed by Type A Society) into the setting. They had the idea to interweave art and real flowers (<

This dress itself is a work of art! It's by Mira Zwillinger from Carine's Bridal Atelier and we think it's so, so stunning!

A bouquet reminiscent of an art sculpture was a perfect match for this project!

Artful watercolor calligraphy by Lauren from A Fabulous Fete helped lend an imaginative touch to the tablescape.

On the backdrops, Veronica from Type A Society tells us, We ended up with two contrasting backdrops which myself and my favorite local artist, Jan Aiello, painted together. We placed all the flowers on the colorful backdrop to give the illusion of paint dripping into flowers.

Fluffy Thoughts made a couple of perfect cakes for the shoot!
